We provide vegetarian South Indian cuisine through dine-in, takeaway, and delivery (via our platform or third-party partners).

Menu items, prices, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed in-store, online, or through authorized delivery partners.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other accepted digital methods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of items.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Once prepared, food orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless:

• The wrong order was delivered.
• The food quality does not meet reasonable expectations.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7 working days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information while placing orders.
• Collect takeaway orders promptly to ensure freshness.
• Refrain from reselling or redistributing our food for commercial purposes.
• Treat our staff and property with respect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, images, text, menu designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to KTR — Kottureshwara Tfun Room (ktrtfun).

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high standards, we are not liable for:

• Delays in service due to unforeseen circumstances.
